A signatory of the United Nations Global Compact for several years, as well as various charters such as the Parenting Charter in 2023, Santarelli fosters an inclusive environment and promotes diversity and gender equality in the workplace. For equal positions, the pay gap between women and men is zero.
Female leadership and active participation in decision-making are strongly encouraged: for example, our executive committee includes as many women as men.
The firm also supports initiatives led by employees in areas such as medical research (including cancer treatments) and education.

Our national and international suppliers are bound by our Responsible Purchasing Charter, extending our CSR policy beyond our own operations.
On the environmental side, we regularly review our carbon footprint and encourage sustainable mobility by facilitating access to low-impact transportation for our employees. Our Paris teams are now based in HQE-certified offices. The firm has also been operating “paperless” for several years.

With offices located in various regions across France, we are also dedicated to supporting local communities. For example, we sponsor beehives to help beekeepers address the challenges facing pollinator survival.
