Description

  • Advise clients on the management, protection, and valorization of their patent rights.

  • Conduct prior art searches, patentability assessments, and freedom-to-operate analyses.

  • Draft patent applications and manage their prosecution before patent offices (INPI, EPO, WIPO, USPTO, etc.).

  • Assist in defending rights during opposition or litigation proceedings.

  • Support clients during audits, due diligence, and contract negotiations.

  • Contribute to technological, legal, and competitive monitoring.

Candidate profile

  • Engineering degree or university degree in science or technology.
    • CEIPI, EQE, or EQF qualifications are a plus.

    • Excellent command of professional English, both written and spoken.

    • Strong analytical, drafting, and interpersonal skills, with a rigorous and structured approach.

    • Team-oriented, with the ability to manage complex matters under tight deadlines.
