Biography
Victor Demon joined Santarelli in 2020, after an initial experience with another intellectual property law firm.
He supports innovative companies—from technology start-ups to established industries—in protecting and leveraging their intangible assets in France and internationally. He assists his clients with patent filings and represents them in opposition proceedings before the EPO and national offices.
Victor is a generalist engineer, holding a degree from the École d’Ingénieurs en Génie des Systèmes Industriels (EIGSI), and is also a graduate of the CEIPI with a specialization in patents. As a French Patent Attorney (registered with the INPI) and a European Patent Attorney (before the EPO), he is qualified to represent clients before the French and European patent offices.
