Biography

Romain Pech joined Ipside (now Santarelli) in July 2020, then Ipside Avocat in January 2021 as part of his training at the Bordeaux Bar School. Throughout his university studies, he gained multiple professional experiences in intellectual property firms and continued to develop and refine his expertise by joining IPSIDE Avocat.

He has built expertise focused on intellectual property (patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, and related rights) as well as related fields (unfair competition, parasitism, competition law, etc.).

Romain Pech assists his clients both in litigation and advisory matters across all areas of intellectual property law.
