Biography

Rémi joined Santarelli in February 2022 after a first experience with a Paris-based IP firm. Accustomed to assisting entrepreneurs and companies from a wide range of sectors, he now brings his strategic insight and rigor to both French and international clients.

He primarily handles matters relating to trademarks, designs, domain names, copyright, and anti-counterfeiting. He also provides pragmatic and thorough support on a variety of issues, including portfolio management and development, pre-litigation (negotiations) and litigation, contracts, monitoring, and more.

This native of the Basque Country pays particular attention to the challenges of growing and locally rooted businesses, which he supports with pragmatism and commitment.
