Biography
Nehemy Hernandez manages a patent portfolio for a diverse clientele including universities, research centers, technology transfer offices, as well as start-ups, innovative SMEs, and large industrial groups. She is adept at adapting to the specific requirements of each type of client. Her expertise spans a wide range of technologies in chemistry and biotechnology, applied to sectors such as healthcare, cosmetics, materials, environment, agri-food, and energy.
She also has solid experience in physics, mechanics, and connected objects, enabling her to work on a broad spectrum of innovation projects and bring unique added value to cases with a strong interdisciplinary component. Trained in pharmaceutical chemistry in Mexico and specialized in biotechnology in France, she participated in several R&D projects at both national and international levels with research institutions and innovative players in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
She later specialized in intellectual property at CEIPI (University of Strasbourg) before joining the firm in 2017. Her in-depth knowledge of the scientific and technological ecosystem, combined with a rigorous and strategic approach to intellectual property, allows her to support project leaders in the protection, valorization, and safeguarding of their innovations.
Outside her professional activity, she nurtures her curiosity and open-mindedness through culture, music, mountains, trekking, and travel.
