Biography
Marie Eschard advises several nationally and internationally renowned groups across diverse economic sectors (telecommunications, agri-food, cosmetics, etc.), as well as local authorities of all sizes.
She assists them in managing their intellectual property matters (trademarks, designs, copyright), particularly in developing worldwide protection strategies for their rights (filings, monitoring registration procedures, responding to objections and provisional refusals, etc.).
Marie also supports her clients in selecting trademarks and defending their rights (watch services, clearance searches, oppositions, claims, assistance to lawyers in litigation).
She brings the experience of a Partner at the firm, with nearly 18 years of practice.
