Biography
Marie Cumin has been a patent engineer at Santarelli since 2019. A CEIPI graduate, she draws on five years of experience in private practice to assist start-ups and SMEs in protecting and leveraging their intangible assets in France and internationally.
She holds a PhD in Immunology (Inserm) and has expertise in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, agri-food, and cosmetology.
Marie advises French and international clients on patentability, freedom-to-operate, and litigation matters, in both French and English.
