Biography
A French Trademark and Design Attorney for nearly twenty years, Lucie assists her clients in protecting, defending, and leveraging their intellectual property rights in France and internationally. She joined Santarelli in early 2023 after working in firms of various sizes, where she developed strong expertise in trademarks and designs, as well as a keen sense of client relations.
Recognized for her rigor, commitment, and pedagogical approach, she advises on filing and clearance strategies, opposition proceedings, appeals, contract negotiations, and pre-litigation management. She also supervises junior lawyers and interns, drafts awareness content on IP, and supports a diverse clientele—from large corporations to SMEs—with pragmatic and tailored advice.
