Biography
Lisa Bresson supports public organizations and companies—from start-ups to large industrial groups—in protecting and leveraging their innovations in France and internationally. Trained as a chemical engineer, she furthered her education at Friedrich Schiller University in Jena, Germany.
Lisa is a French Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney, and qualified Representative before the UPC. With over 10 years of experience, she assists her clients with patent drafting and filing, worldwide prosecution, patent searches and monitoring, patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses, audits and due diligence, litigation, third-party observations, as well as opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO.
Her main areas of expertise include chemistry (organic, polymers, and formulation), pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, materials, and electrochemistry. She is a board member and part of the communications team of AFPPI. Lisa has been a partner at Santarelli since 2022.
