Biography

A French Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney, also qualified before the UPC, Laurent Kurtz joined Santarelli after completing his military service at the Intellectual Property Office of the French Defence Procurement Agency (DGA).

In addition to his day-to-day practice, Laurent contributes to the development and implementation of procedural rules and cross-functional projects, as well as to the strategic support of the firm’s clients.

Laurent also manages client portfolios, handling both the acquisition and defense of rights, and works in fields as diverse as materials, mechanics, hydraulics, and optics. He is also a member of the IP Valuation Committee of LES France.
