Biography

Julien Prouvez helps companies secure their industrial assets, particularly through patent filings and opposition proceedings before the EPO and other intellectual property offices. He mainly supports SMEs in the fields of mechanics, medical equipment, robotics, and aeronautics.

Before practicing as a patent attorney, he worked in industry, which enables him to understand the specific expectations of SMEs, particularly in terms of clarity and responsiveness. This close connection with his clients and his ability to adapt technical language to their needs are at the heart of his approach.

He has notably contributed to the success of complex cases, such as an opposition response that led to the withdrawal of the opponent. His primary motivation remains client satisfaction, achieved through rigorous and pragmatic support.
