Biography

A partner since 2014, Julie supports her clients at every stage of the protection, exploitation, and defense of their intellectual property rights, in France and internationally.

She focuses primarily on trademarks, designs, and models, as well as copyright and related rights. Her expertise covers portfolio management and optimization, trademark monitoring, and the negotiation of agreements (assignments, coexistence, settlement agreements), as well as pre-litigation and litigation in infringement and opposition matters. She also has strong experience in domain names, from registration to dispute resolution.

Julie has developed particular expertise in advising on projects involving event-related trademarks (exhibitions, conferences, shopping centers), a field requiring a fine grasp of both legal and strategic issues. She assists her clients with rigor and creativity, anticipating risks and building tailored protection and defense strategies.

A graduate of CEIPI (specializing in Trademarks, Designs & Models), Julie has also completed prestigious international programs at the London School of Economics, Universidad de Los Andes, and McGill University, strengthening her knowledge of foreign legal systems and international practice.

An active member of APRAM (Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners), she regularly takes part in discussions and exchanges on the evolution of intellectual property law.
