Biography
Jean-Baptiste began his career in companies within the communications sector. He then worked in a Parisian IP firm before joining Brevalex, where he served as managing partner, and later became part of the Santarelli Group upon its creation.
He was for several years a member of the examination board for the French qualification exam in trademarks and designs, as well as a member of the Board of the French Association of Patent and Trademark Attorneys (CNCPI). He has contributed to the drafting of several works on design law and authored publications in international journals.
With 30 years of experience, he advises on the acquisition, optimization, and defense of his clients’ creative and marketing assets. He is notably responsible for the cross-border management of trademark and design portfolios on behalf of French and international companies and global groups.
He frequently travels abroad, particularly to Asia, to develop and maintain a network of local legal and industrial partners.
