Biography
With many years of experience in the field of intellectual and industrial property, Isabelle passionately and expertly supports a wide range of clients: SMEs, research institutes, start-ups, individuals, and large corporations in diverse sectors (agri-food, insurance, yachting, luxury, and more).
She advises and guides them in protecting their trademarks, designs, domain names, and creations, as well as in leveraging and defending their intellectual property rights. A French Trademark and Design Attorney and European Trademark and Design Attorney since 1997, Isabelle has extensive knowledge of proceedings before various IP offices. With a career fully dedicated to private practice, she is recognized for her sharp expertise and unwavering commitment to providing the best strategies to protect and promote her clients’ IP rights.
Highly active in the field, she is involved with Les Entrepreneuriales Bretagne, teaches in the Law/Art History undergraduate program at the University of Western Brittany, and collaborates with the Brittany Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CCI Quimper, CCI Bretagne) as well as Bretagne Commerce International. She has also participated in CNCPI initiatives, including open consultations and trade fairs (e.g., “Business Creation and Takeover”). Isabelle regularly leads awareness-raising initiatives on industrial property for various organizations such as the Quimper and Brest technology parks, incubators, and business nurseries, and is accredited by the INPI to deliver Master Class training sessions.
Passionate about preserving and promoting Breton cultural heritage, she shares her knowledge with local associations when she is not enjoying her favorite sport on her preferred waters, in the heart of the world’s most beautiful bay.
