Biography

Guillaume advises internationally renowned companies across a wide range of industries, including agri-food, electronics, energy, wine, and personal services. He assists them in managing their intellectual property matters (trademarks, designs, copyright), particularly in developing global protection strategies for their rights (filings, monitoring registration procedures, responding to objections and provisional refusals, etc.).

He supports his clients in selecting trademarks, defending their rights (watch services, clearance searches, oppositions, claims, assistance to lawyers in litigation), and handling all issues related to domain names (reservations, transfers, amicable settlements, disputes). With over 12 years of professional experience, he is a Partner at the firm.
