Biography
With over 20 years of experience, Frédérique Chinchole, French Trademark and Design Attorney, assists start-ups, SMEs, and large international groups in managing, protecting, leveraging, and defending their intangible assets.
After a formative experience at an intellectual property firm in New Zealand, she worked in several Parisian firms before joining IPSIDE in 2005.
Her expertise covers trademarks, designs, and domain names, with a strategic and pragmatic approach: portfolio development, protection in France and abroad, pre-litigation management, administrative and judicial proceedings, clearance searches, negotiations, contracts, and monitoring.
She has recognized expertise in designs, supporting companies of all sizes for many years in protecting and leveraging their creations—a field for which she has a particular passion. She works across a wide range of industries: telecommunications, energy, IoT, construction, software, fashion, tourism, media, AI-related technologies, automotive equipment, healthcare, the wine sector, and more.
