Biography
Eloïse Hérault supports all types of companies in protecting and leveraging their intellectual property assets. She is involved in all stages of a patent’s lifecycle, from drafting and filing to managing procedures before IP offices (INPI, EPO, and foreign offices). She also conducts patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses, as well as intellectual property portfolio audits, particularly in the context of fundraising and IP due diligence.
An engineer graduated from Institut d’Optique Graduate School (SupOptique) with a specialization in biomedical technologies (Université Paris-Saclay), Eloïse has a strong background in physics, photonics, optics, signal and image processing, as well as biomedical technologies.
Since joining Santarelli in 2024, she has worked on several cases in these fields, applying her scientific and analytical skills to protect and enhance her clients’ innovations. Driven by scientific curiosity and a passion for exchange, she particularly enjoys exploring her clients’ technological challenges in order to propose tailored solutions. Outside of her professional activity, Eloïse nurtures her curiosity and creativity through music, dance, and reading.
