Biography
Clara Cellier, French Trademark and Design Attorney, has over 15 years of experience in protecting, defending, and leveraging companies’ intangible assets in France and internationally.
She holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Creations Law (Université Bordeaux IV) and a Master’s degree in International Business Law (Université François Rabelais). She began her career in 2011 at a Bordeaux-based firm, where she gained extensive expertise in the agri-food, wine, spirits, and alcoholic beverages sectors, advising various market players such as independent producers, interprofessional bodies, trading houses, and grands crus.
Certified as a French IP Attorney in 2016, she expanded her career by engaging in training activities in intellectual property, including teaching at business schools. Since 2022, she has been with Santarelli, where she advises renowned companies in the hospitality and wine industries. Clara is recognized for her dynamic and pragmatic approach. She is also a member of APRAM.
