Biography

Audrey Pichot assists innovative companies—from technology start-ups to established industries—in protecting and leveraging their intangible assets in France and internationally. She advises and represents her clients in matters relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs, and new technology law, particularly on issues involving artificial intelligence and personal data.

Enriched by a year of experience within a court, Audrey Pichot practices both litigation and advisory work across all areas of intellectual property law. She has also developed strong expertise in personal data protection and supports her clients in achieving GDPR compliance.

Before joining IPSIDE Avocat in 2020, she gained solid academic and practical experience, combining intellectual property law and digital law, which now enables her to offer her clients a cross-disciplinary and pragmatic approach at the intersection of innovation and law.

Audrey Pichot is a member of the Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners (APRAM) and the French Association of Data Protection Officers (AFCDP).
