Biography

Angéline Champanhet is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and a partner at IPSIDE AVOCAT, where she has been practicing since 2011. She has also been a certified mediator since 2018.

Angéline began her career in a firm specializing in industrial property, where she was responsible for the protection, valuation, and defense of portfolios of trademarks, domain names, and designs.

She then moved into litigation by joining IPSIDE AVOCAT. Angéline practices in all areas of intellectual property law (patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs), as well as related fields (unfair competition, commercial law, information and communication technologies). Acting both as counsel and in litigation, she assists clients across a wide range of sectors—from entrepreneurs to listed companies, including innovative start-ups. Working with such varied and dynamic clients has allowed Angéline to develop active listening skills and a deep understanding of their needs, enabling her to identify the issues and values that drive them and to provide tailored support aligned with their interests.

This human dimension led Angéline to turn to alternative dispute resolution methods, particularly mediation. She trained at the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Center (CMAP) and became a certified mediator in 2018. As an accredited mediator with the CMAP and a member of the Bordeaux Mediation association of lawyer-mediators, she is also listed as a mediator with the Courts of Appeal of Paris and Bordeaux. In this capacity, she has the expertise to guide her clients through mediation processes, conducts mediations herself, and develops the firm’s “Mediation & Negotiation” offering.

Convinced that the quality of relationships—both internal and external—is essential to the productivity and sustainability of organizations, Angéline is also committed to training and leads workshops on communication and amicable conflict resolution.
