Biography
Agathe Conter is a French Trademark and Design Attorney in the trademarks department in Quimper. She began her career in intellectual property in 2024 and contributed to the establishment and development of the firm in Brittany.
Dynamic and passionate, Agathe supports her clients in their protection, valorization, and defense strategies. Her advisory work covers trademarks, designs, copyright, and domain names. She handles procedures in France and abroad and also assists clients with contractual, litigation, and legal monitoring matters.
Agathe advises local authorities as well as companies of all sizes in various sectors, including the food industry, agri-food, fishing, cosmetics, hygiene products, and construction materials. She also advises individuals and businesses as part of their incorporation processes.
After lecturing in the Master’s program “Food, Law, Nutrition and Health” and in the undergraduate program “Law / Art History” at the University of Western Brittany, Agathe continues to raise awareness of industrial and intellectual property through teaching and presentations.
Passionate about cooking and photography, a fan of sea walking and a daily bike commuter, Agathe combines creativity with the enjoyment of outdoor activities.
