The UPC Aperitivo is a series of webinars organised within the EPLN – European Patent Litigators Network, dedicated to practical and strategic issues related to litigation before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
Each session brings together European patent litigation practitioners who share their insights and practical experience on recent developments in UPC case law, procedural strategies and best practices in European patent litigation.
This short and dynamic format offers participants an opportunity to follow the latest developments of the Unified Patent Court, while gaining practical perspectives on litigation strategies and procedural tools used in UPC proceedings.
