Arnaud Bonnans
Arnaud Bonnans is a European Patent Attorney and a French Industrial Property Attorney with patent specialization, and has been a member of the firm since 2003.
He is a graduate engineer of the Ecole Centrale des Arts et Manufactures (ECP 94 - electronics option) and commenced his patent career in industry, first in the motor vehicle sector, then with an international multimedia equipment corporation, where he was concerned with inventions for an Asian site of the group, and participated in the negotiation of licenses.
He deals with various technical fields, most often concerned with electronics and telecommunications, and typically with a strong mathematical element. His activity is divided between the acquisition of patent rights (drafting patent applications and prosecuting them before the various patent offices), conducting oppositions before the European Patent Office (EPO) and patent litigation.
