Santarelli counts around 140 staff including about 40 patent attorneys, trademark attorneys and technical and legal advisors. The attorneys are backed up by administrative staff specialized in the management of Intellectual Property Rights, as well as by a corporate affairs department. Santarelli has offices in Paris, Toulouse and Marseille, and operates internationally via a well-established network of foreign associates.
The co-opting of five new partners in March 2009 is a mark of the continuing vitality of the firm.

Our teams of patent attorneys have complementary technical specializations, and each is headed by a partner. All team members are qualified French and/or European attorneys, and involved in litigation and oppositions, drawing on this experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications for their clients.
Our trademark and design law attorneys are divided into two teams headed by trademark partners who have established themselves as respected authors of articles in leading I.P. journals and treatises.
The administrative services are divided into two teams, one of which is dedicated to patents, under the direction of Laurent Kurtz, and the other to trademarks and industrial designs, under the direction of Julie Haller. Each department provides its know-how and technical support to the firm's attorneys and directly to clients. Their skills make an essential contribution to optimizing clients' Intellectual Property management.
The Corporate Affairs department covers various transverse functions within the firm:
- human resources; - accounting and finance; - corporate legal affairs; - information systems management and organization and - general services.
