This conference will examine the different types of unexpected visit which pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers or distributors of medical equipment and biotech companies may have to face: inspections by health and competition bodies, searches, infringement seizure operations, or visits by bailiffs in the course of unfair competition procedures.
