The staff at Santarelli have extensive individual and collective experience underpinning the conduct of their mission: to develop the Intellectual Property of their clients not only
in France, but also internationally, thanks to a network of foreign associates throughout the world.
Close to 140 Staff
Santarelli has a staff of about 140 among whom are more than 40 patent attorneys, trademark attorneys and technical and legal advisors. They are supported in their mission by administrative and corporate affairs services. Santarelli has offices in Paris, Toulouse and Marseille, and operates internationally via a well-established network of foreign associates.
Extensive Experience
Santarelli's attorneys practice in all areas of Intellectual Property, examples being the filing of a patent application, the prevention of trademark infringement, and the protection of an industrial design or domain name.
Among their specialties are litigation and dispute resolution.
All place particular importance on being available to advise and accompany clients in the development of their projects through the use of Intellectual Property.
